I need help.

Hey everyone, Im looking for motivation and help.

Through researching the net ive found out weight lose is not that easy and you have to push yourself. Well this year i want change for myself but i will need help.

Im 15. 210+ Pounds and i want to lose weight but the thing is i just end up on my ass.

Ive come to the realization that winter is not the best time for me to try to lose weight as it is cold here in Canada.

Im looking for a faster way to lose weight to a average size by this summer WITHOUT buying a gym membership as its not that good. I need change and i need it now. If anyone can give some tips and things to change let me know!

My best suggestion to you would be to join our new challenge... It is kicking off this weekend. The link is in my signature...

Our challenges are great for motivation and meeting new people. I am not a member of a gym - so there is no need to worry about that aspect... Exercise requirements tend to be things that people can do without going to a gym.

You will also see from my signature that I have lost more weight than you need to lose - so you may be interested to know that walking was the central form of exercise that I used when I did my big weight loss project a few years back... My best tip (apart from joining the challenge) to you would be for you to get a pedometer and wear it all day long every day and make a note at bedtime of how many steps you have done all day... Let it challenge you to walk more the next day (or at least as much)... That would be a brilliant step.
