I need help =(

Hiii everyone:) this is my first post as you can see!
Well i started to go to the gym about a month ago. The first two weeks i seen results lost about 3 pounds! But ive been trying to weight myself recently again and i havent seen any results! and i just want to kno if im doing anytihng wrong! or if i should work harder! I usually go on the eliptical for about 35-40 minutes. I weight about 166 and im 5'3. Should i be working harder or should i just keep doing what im doing and be patient?
I need help:(
 
You do not mention your eating/drinking habits. Exercise is important - but so is nutrition. In my opinion someone your size cannot really expect to lose weight consistently at an appreciable level without both being in place.

You do not mention how regularly you go to the gym.

There is too little information for anyone to be able to help you.
