I Need Help

Hello all I'm a 34 year old male I weigh 287 lbs and climbing. This time 2 years ago I weighed 215lbs. I have gained 40lbs since September. I honestly don't know what to do. Its getting harder to breath when sitting can't even bend over to tie my shoes anymore. What should I do as far as diet and excercise? Should I just do the treadmill?

i'm the same weight as you!

i kind of took it slow in the beginning;

the first thing i accomplished was cutting out liquid calories, i only drink water now. it's helping a lot, and i have a lot more energy from it.

and since i'm just starting out, my workout consists of trying to build stamina on the treadmill/stationary bike, and to build flexibility from stretches/push ups/crunches-- those type of exercises.


my best advice would be to read the hell out of this forum, i'm picked up so much knowledge in the past few days that i think will really help me out.
