hi my names Dylan im 15 137lbs i'be been lifting for a while but im getting no where can someone help i wanna know what i should take protein wise what i should lift how often i should lift what kinds of routines i should do n e thing thanxs
 
You'll get protien from a lot of stuff. Mostly meats, nuts, fish, etc. Get your carbs from good sources like whole grains, fruits, and veggies. Take sweets in moderation. Stay away from them completely if you really want to.

Read books, articles, forums, and papers. We can't give you a routine because we don't know what you want. And why should we? You'll learn much better if you go out and find and research on your own instead of get spoon fed everything. This site is a good starter for fitness info.
