I need help !!

Hi ya ... I'm looking for some advice and hope that someone can help me out. I've been trying to loose weight all over again. I'm only 4-11 in height . I weigh a total of 185 pounds and I just dont want to gain anymore weight. I lost weight 2 yrs ago, but with the help of l.a. weight loss program, but it got too exspensive and their food got boring all you could eat is turkey or chicken.. and you have to weigh you food before you can eat it.. That suxs . I have flappy thighs and flappy stomach . Had my last to girls back to back and I had to have a c- section. Any advice will help.... thanks in advance.

i have had a c section and i can tell you that it is possible to lose the ledge as i call it. i did it. i am in better shape now than before i had my boys. how old are your girls now . what exercise routine are you on and what kind of eating habits do you have.
 
lol abear i love it. where do you come up with these ideas. i loathe ppl that feed off others insecurities. nice one.
 
My girls are 4 & 5. But I had my weight under control for 2 years and then the pounds started creeping up . My eating habits are tha same. So I had decide to go to a weight loss program :rolleyes: , but it got really old. I couldn't eat the normal things that a Normal person ought to be able and it was getting too expensive. As for as excersies I'm just started jumping rope for 20 minutes . Now any suggestions.. What about inner thighs I hate those suckers. :D

make a plan and set yourself achievable goals - write everything you eat down and review it at the end of the week. this way you can get to grips with exactly what the factors involved are. Make time for exercise everyday. somedays it might be only 15 minutes at home - others an hour at the gym. Surround yourself with positive influences. Also i recommend setting yourself a time frame and haveing a prize for yourself att he end of say 12 weeks - like aholiday or a day at a spa....but only if you stick to the program you make.
 
ok lisa my kids are 3 and 5 so i know how it is . first eat good food you nned the energy and keep busy with them yes get on the floor and run around like crazy with the kids its a great energy boost, you want to teach them to eat properly so they don't have health and weight problems later in life.as far as exercise it depends where you want to go with it. i do alot -weights , pliates etc. so if you give a little info on your area of interest that will help. some women refuse to do weights so we kinda need to know where you are at first.
