I need help with scheduling

I have tried so many times to lose weight and still have not came out on top. I have a boflex and a tredmill. I have also bought several Tony Horton's videos and didn't stay on track. I am 22, I weigh 225lb with a body fat percentage of 23% and I am 6'2''. I work a full time job 5 days a week, I have class, and I am in a metal band. Losing more than 30lbs is truly my goal at the moment. I need help scheduling a work out/ nutrition program. Here is what my week looks like

S - band practice 5pm - 10pm
M - work 9pm - 5pm
T - work 9pm - 5pm, class 7 pm - 9:50pm
W - work 9pm - 5pm
Th - work 9pm - 5pm, band practice 6pm - 10pm
F - work 9pm - 5pm, class 6pm - 7:40pm
Sa - class 11am - 1:30pm

I would like to run in the mornings before work, but I have the worst sleep schedule. As you can see, I am up at 4:23am and I have to wake up at 7:20am. Shouldn't I get on a steady nutritional change before I start running or do them simultaneously? I don't eat fast food and I don't drink soda. I believe I have maintained my weight of 220 - 225lbs for about 5 years due to that. It's my lack of exercise and activity that prevents me from dropping weight obviously. The only real exercise I get is at band practice when I am moving around and singing. I know my first step is getting my sleep schedule back on track. I love to work out. It feels so great.

I want to get back in the mode where I don't want to not work out. I'd like to know how to keep away from tritely eatting schedules and one that will kill my wallet. Every schedule I've had was too monotonous and I just couldn't keep to it. I know I have to suck it up, but there has to be something better than salads and water. I do love to cook though.

I know that is a lot to read, but it isn't nearly half of what is on my mind. I really want fitness and wellness in my life.

Print out this post and hang it up somewhere.

Also I am guessing you work 9AM-5 correct? You've got to want to workout above all else. Working out is my major stress reliever and whenever I can get to the gym I go. I work usually 730-5. Three days a week I have class until 9pm. Not too mention I am married with one son. I always hit the gym on Sunday, which is usually my only day off. Then I go one day during the week if I can sneak something in. You've wrote down your schedule, just add in when you want to work out and print it.
