i need help wit my muscles

hey, wats up ppl, i've been training for a little while and my goal is to gain lots of muscles, but i need a routin that i can follow to gain more muscles.

i just need a specific routin for me, anyways if u can help me thnx!

didnt you already post and you were told to look in the weight training and nutrional stickies and come back with more specific questions?

Were not just going to spoon feed you a routine. Tell us what your detailed goals are you, what kind of lifting you have done in the past, what you are familiar with, what your calorie intake/diet looks like and we will guide you from there.

Don't expect anyone to magically give you a perfect workout routine.
