I need help .. please

alright.. im 14 years old. im 5"2 - 5"3 .. i weigh 128. Any 1 got a plan that i could do to start? What should i eat and stuff? what and how long do i work out? ( trying to get the belly fat gone ) .. and is it possible to get the Thigh fat gone too ? i have some and i dont like it at all -_-.. well tahnks .. hope u guys can help=( ( goin to the beach in 7 months ) :(
 
hey, well what weight would you like to achieve. the food that you should avoid are, crisps, chocolate, ice cream, cookies etc, red meat, white bread, pastas and rice. the things to eat are white meat especially fish!, whole wheat bread and pastas, veggies and fruit. and its hard to give up all the nice stuff so make sure u keep one thing that you can enjoy once a week. you should do cardio such as running, walking dancing anything that works up a sweat. also for your stomach you should do crunchs aswell as cardio. and running is best for thighs. hope i helped
 
Alright.. im 130 , and im trying to get 115 - 120 .. :(

How long would it take? if i eat rite.. 100% , and Active about 4-5 hours a day.

So really, you're looking at 15lbs to lose. You shouldn't try to lose more than 2lbs per week...and that can be hard. So say 1.5lbs per week of true fat loss. So about 2 months you should hit your desired weight.

Inline skating is good cardio if you're going at a reasonable pace, for at least 30 mins. It won't spot reduce fat in your thighs...but it will tone them so when the fat goes away, it'll look that much better.
 
hey yeah i would suggest it would take about 2 months i loset about 9 pounds in 3 weeks befor. it also depend on ur body type.
 
just eat healthy and exercise about 5-6 days a week, you will c improvement. and if you gain weight after 1 week exercise dont worry its muscle mass and you will gradully lose weight!
 
food suggestions
meat: boneless skinless chicken breast, turkey breast, fish (including tuna packed in water)
carbs: old fashioned oatmeal, Fiber One, brown rice, fruits, vegetables
fats: all natural peanut butter, flax seed oil, UDO's Blend oil
 
Alright . i plan on starting My diet. Monday. Does that sound good? Start eating Healthy right now. then on monday. ill be prepared. and work out. which should make it easier on me.. is that a good idea?

6. Push Ups 1 set of 15 +

7. Butter Flys 2 sets of 5+ ( low weight )

8. Jog ( 15 mins + )

( butter flys are low because im not good with them -_- )

Does butter fly's help my Pecks?

i dunno this is what I normally eat

5am protein shake mixed in with my oatmeal
8am protein shake
12pm chicken rice vegtable or tuna rice and red peppers
3pm protein shake
6pm chicken rice Vegtables or tuna rice and red peppers

* if I do snack i eat almonds, rice cakes and pickles
but I don't anything with carbs after 7-8 pm well I try not to at least
I have a reall sweet tooth so I will sometimes snack on caramel rice cakes

I normally work out in the moring except on thursday after work
 
jes a quik question if anybody can help me I used to be 128 and i am 5'6 alot was muscle well I stopped workin out and i havent worked out in like 8 monthes and I jes started like two weeks ago but when I wasn't wrkn I lost 15 pounds from this med i was taken now I am tiny and I feel like a twig and have no muscle,before I was tryin to get lean jes around my tummy though and tone up but now I don't really need to get lean should I still be on the same diet?
 
Im not even sure where to start here? well ok jana hope you know there is no fruits in that diet, and way too many shakes looks sorta like a keto-diet. If your trying to loose fat or gain muscle you need to change that, it's still very unhealthy. you can loose up to 3IBS of fat a week most can obtain looseing 2IBS, so if your not doing that then obviously there is room for improvment. skating will work just fine, it's seems like you would get enough cardio from that. I should probably start making an indepth artical about diet, well keep on reading sheepy, jana and zah_zah.
 
well...it's ok to ask someone to help you out with diet changes, but you should see a nutritionist, or make one yourself, because we're strangers. We don't know what foods you are allergic to, what foods you actually like to eat, and the things that you are willing to eat (there are picky eaters here.), and when eating is convenient for you, and what your goals are.

So it seems like you just need to lose some of the belly fat. It's easy to get rid of it by being more physically active, but also start eating a healthy diet. As a teenager, it's hard to cut out all the saturated fats, and junk food. I'm still one, and I can't help but to go out with my friends for dinner, and drink beer, and party, but other than that I try my best to eat healthy and get regular exercise. What I do try to do, is eat those "bad foods" in moderation, so I don't completely kill my diet.

Make sure you eat enough fruits and veggies. Try to cut out simple carbs, and with your sandwiches for school, make sure the bread is 100% whole wheat. Meat isn't bad for you at all. Protien is good. But I would try to stay away from stuff like ground beef, and instead eat lean chicken, turkey and fish and other seafoods. As for sandwiches, try not to eat those processed deli meats. Those are bad. I also try to stay away from creamy dressings, mayo, and deep fried ANYTHING.

Also, make sure you're eating enough. Don't starve yourself, because your body will go into starvation mode, and you don't want that. So make your own diet. See whats good for you.
