I need help on my workout and stuff!!

There's just way too much to address here, most all of which is already written sitting on this site somewhere. So I'm just going to point to a few things:

1. You can't 'get serious about abs' without getting serious about your diet. You've noticed that working your abs has given you zero results. Go to the nutrition forum and read the stickies. There's even a guide to abs (not sure which forum it's in).
2. Search this site (or Google) for Full Body Workout. Read the stickies in the weight training forum. Look at some of the routines, find one that suits you and do on consistently, 3 or 4 times a week.

Once you've got the basics of nutrition and weight training you'll be able to ask more specific questions (ones that will likely get more responses). Good luck.

If it's not then read the weight training and nutritional stickies first to get a basic understanding of how your body works
