I need help here!!please!!!

Hi, i really need some help here please, :( I started going to the gym about 3 times last week and worked out for about 1 hour 30 minutes per day. I worked mostly on treadmill and cycle. this week, i went to the gym and spent an hour and a half for the two visit and 35 minutes for my following two visit, because i also do yoga (just started today) and chi-ball (some sort of exercise which is pretty much like yoga and aerobics).

However, after going to the gym for some time, i found that after i join the gym, i gain appetite (that is i get hungry easily, especially after work out). As a result, i ate more than i use to eat. For example, i eat 4-5 meals a day.
The bright side is that i found that my legs and thighs does not appear so flabby anymore but hard and somewhat tighten. Well this is good but my tummy still have flab and it seems to getting worst, i guess.......

I was shocked that i gained weight after joining the gym. Before joining the
gym, i weight about 41-42kg, but after joining the gym, i weight 45-46kg.

I know exercise is good but it just gives me appetite and i gain weight from it.
Help, i'm tryin to lose weight here, not gain weight. :(

 well, i eat more meals coz i have appetite but i try ti avoid fatty food. For example i'll have bread for breakfast at 5:30am, sandwich and juices after workout at 10 am, noodles or rice for lunch at 1.30pm. Sometimes maybe i'll also have tea time where i'll drink a cup of tea, have some biscuits or cake at 4.30pm, then i'll have rice for dinner at 7.30pm. I eat alot of vegetables.

When i wear my clothes, i don't spot any difference but i just dun really see any lose of flab in my stomach. I just notice that my thighs and legs got less flabby and stronger.

can u suggest me a proper healthy diet? i really wanna lose weight. I wanna lose flabs and inches, seriously!!! :(

Fat free cheese and skim milk as well as 1% cottage cheese are all very good sources of protien. As is tofu, lean red meat, chicken and fish.
