Hi Calley;
First, huge congrats on losing the weight you have lost! It's clear you know how to lose weight, but it sounds like you're struggling with motivation. I totally understand that. What I found helped me was I needed something new to give me incentive, a reason to lose weight other than it's "healthy". The "it's healthy" reason doesn't work for me, long-term, because to be honest, I'm too shallow to give a sh_t about the healthy reason. Vanity is a much more powerful motivator for me. I want to look good. lol So right now, I'm on a roll with an upcoming camping trip with my sister and brothers and my desire to look good.
Everyone is unique and different motivators work at different times of our lives.
If you don't have a social function to lose weight for, get one. Find an social event (or holiday) which you want to work towards. The closer the event, the better, so you can have some short-term quick hit successes. For example, a dance in two weeks with your girlfriends and you can fit into a new pair of pants.
Weight loss is no fun if you can't show it off. You have a lot to be proud of, and you understand the essential combination of exercise and eating right. Now you need to find a new event to light the fire under your heart (and butt) to go out there and work toward a goal.
For myself, overeating was carried out in isolation, it was something I did alone. So my new lifestyle must include socializing and trying new things.
Good luck, you are going to succeed!
