I need help and support, Please :)

Hey


I'm not new here, I've been lurking around for about 2 months now and last week made an account and introduced myself. Now, I'm Re-Introducing myself but this time i'm taking it a lot more serious! As I'm writing this im 'enjoying' my last meal. See picture.




I say 'enjoying' but I really am not! It's more of a statement to my body basically saying if theres greasy reflection on your food, your going to have to pay the consiquencies now and later! I honestly feel sick and I'm really done with all this! This snack! consists of 1 piece of toast (buttered), 6 pieces of bacon and 2 fried eggs.


The reason I want to loose weight is for 2 generic reasons.

1) Health, Who wouldn't want that extra health boost also diabetis type 2 runs in my family and I don't think I have it just now and since I'm 15, I really need to think of the big picture and get my self together! And no, About my age I'm mature and not into partying, drugs or alcohol. I know when your older the occasional red wine has many health benefits but I'm never going to drink. I get addicted to things to easy and don't want to get hooked on such a thing. I have also had some bad experiences with people around me drinking and how pathetic they look and personally I want to stay... in control of myself.


2) Looking better, I'm currently in high school and just can't get a girlfriend! It's not that girls don't like me, I just have no confidence due to my build. I'm 6ft, 15 and 231.2 lbs although my height stretches my weight a little and i'm not really.... I just don't look 230 lbs + as you will see from my pictures. I'm constantly pulling my shirt down trying to look slimmer and have no confidence wearing nice clothes outside school and settle for the over sized t-shirt with joggy's and im fed up.


Here is a picture that was taken 10th Feb 2012 and I'm counting that as my 'Start' even though I pigged out on my last meal today. I will weight myself and take pictures every week (Friday) and update you guys! [I will hide my face at the start as I am embarrassed and will stop hiding when I look better]




I have a couple of goals and I am tracking a lot of things, I'll paste in my weight goals.



Goal 1 - Under 230 lbs [Un-Complete]



Goal 2 - Under 220 lbs [Un-Complete]



Goal 3 - Under 200 lbs [Un-Complete]



Goal 4 - Under 190 lbs [Un-Complete]



Ultimate Goal - 185 lbs, Low BF, Ripped! [Un-Complete]





[Un-Complete] - Not achieved

[Complete] - Achieved, Congratulations!



And thats basically it, I need a lot of support and if anyone wants to be weight loss buddys just message me!
