I need an ideal work out plan.... please help!

Ok what I'm looking for is basically a work out plan that will give me some good bulk.... my current one I'm not sure if it is good or not but basically i do chest, tri, abs, and legs one days and back, biceps, shoulders, the other day and i try to run each day... is this to much? What do you recommend???
 
personally i like to stick to compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, chins, dips, bent over rows, upright rows, cleans, stiff leg deadlifts with some calf and ab work thrown in. a few isolation exercises thrown in here and there

then split them into two workouts. either push/pull or upper body/lower body. train one day, do abs and cardio the next day, train following day and repeat.

anywhere from 1-3 sets of 8-12 reps

combine this with a solid meal plan and you'll get results. now of course this is just one idea, others will probably throw other opinions at you. try out different ideas and see what you respond best to. :)
