I need a workout plan for fitness, pro's please help!

Hey guys!

Im Ehsan and im new here. Im new in this sport too!

Well, i'm looking for a nice workout plan but i wasn't gonna get it from some guy at my gym. I wanna go professional. Im 20 years old, Male, height is 180 centimeter and 66 kilogram.

What im looking for to be is to grow my arms, have a six-pack, my chest look bigger and wider and my muscles to get a nice and sexy shape so ladies would love it :D

Also im looking for a food plan too. I don't know what to eat!

And what kind of protein and drugs should i take? Im trying to take as little as it's possible.

Google "Starting Strength Rippetoe" and follow that (assuming you have access to a gym). To put on muscle you need to eat a lot (if you think you eat a lot now and you aren't gaining weight, then you are not and need to increase your calories).

Stay away from drugs. You just need food, weights and sleep.
 
First and foremost bro..

You gotta understand that most pros are incredibly gifted with good genetics.. the guys you see in magazines are probably the 2-5% of the best bodybuilders on the planet.. I dont mean to dampen your spirits bro but you have to approach bodybuilding as a marathon and not a sprint, always think of long term and look at the bigger picture. Work hard to acheive your goals of turning pro some day be patient and never give up no matter what. Train hard, eat clean and get lots of rest.

I was just like you when i first started training 10 years ago when i was 15.. Many people told me and I told myself that id turn pro some day.. Well.. i guess i havnt exactly lived up to expectations.. yet.. but i have acheived many things in life through bodybuilding!
