I need a suggestion

I have been taking a multivitamin and fish oil for the past half a year i would say. I take GNC Mega Men sport and GNC fish body oil 1000.

I know what everyone is gonna say, dont shop at GNC. I know, i have read a bunch of threads about them. But there is not really any good local shops around here and I am not sure of any online stores that have good supplements. GNC has a nice list of vitamins on their multi vitamin and ive read some people say its got a good absorbency rate.

As far as the fishoil. Some people complained about the burping of he fish taste. They have a deodorized version that is virtualy tasteless. Sometimes i burp up a little fish but the taste only lasts a few seconds.

If you can suggest a multi vitamin and fish oil brand or anything else can can be usefull. I am looking for a multivitamin that has equal or slightly less vitamins then GNC's. I have a bottle of unopened flaxseed oil, but i am unsure if i should mix it in with the fish oil.

I am also taking Optimum Nutrition 100% natural whey (). I love the taste of this product and it has alot of servings. It is also enhanced with BCAA's but i gotta double check at home because I am at work right now. None of the websites have the completele picture of the contained. Ive looked at alot of other protein powders and they have alot of cholesterol.

Best multi-vitamin:

Best fish oil (or any oil for that matter):

^ I've tried a lot of multi-vitamins and fish oils and these two are without a doubt the finest I've come across. Both can be found fairly easily at most health food stores.

I have been reading up on GNC multivitamin and decided to switch. I looked at Natures Way Alive! vitamin and decided to give it a try. I also ordered Surge at suggested by Cynic to help with energy. And i ordered Barleans EPA/DHA fish oil to give it a go, i just hope I wont get the bad fish taste :p.

To sum it up, i got
Alive! Multivitamin by Natures Way
Barleans fish oil
Surge Recovery

Let me know what you think of these products please.
