So long story short, I'm a 17 year old male and I want to start exercising and losing weight. I've already cut out fatty and unhealthy foods and doing my best, since I don't do the shopping, to eat healthy and get a lot of protein. I don't know my exact weight, but I'm pretty chubby/fat and want to shred as much as possible. I'm basically here to ask you guys if you can come up with a good schedule/routine for me to follow? I'm signing up to a gym next week, and will get any supplements I may need in the near future. All help is hugely appreciated, since I'm having trouble deciding which exercises to do, for how long etc. So a routine for me would be SO helpful.
