I need a plan!

I feel like I know what I need to do, but I think I need some more specific guidelines. I would LIKE to lose about 20 lbs, which is probably asking for too much, but I just need a plan. I don't mind running, arc trainers, any of that, I guess just some good basic guidelines for eating?
