Ok so my diet is not a problem. I just have extra weight from last semester where I had the opportunity to eat Taco Bell and all them other speedy food places five days a week.
So, with my life back to normal I need an exercise routine to stick to during my final days of high school. (Then I get to figure one up for when I have all day to do nothing!)
I am an early graduate of high school and my last day is in 24 days! I’d like to shed a few pounds before my mother ships me off to Florida for a couple weeks where I will be forced to indulge in my cousins’ riches. (Not so bad I guess but its only because they insist.)
So I need to figure out a good workout plan that keeps me moving. I have ankle problems so running is not the best idea. I do have a Bean but I start to sweat in like the last 5 minutes of the video. I don’t mind using it but I need a more vigorous exercise routine with it.
For those who do not know what the Bean is it is much like an exercise ball but gives you better support for doing sit-ups and crunches and it does pretty much all of what the ball does. The one thing that I know the bean does not do that the ball does is lifting it with your hands and legs. Its much too big for that but it does have alternative movements. Oh, and it’s shaped like a bean!
Ok, I’ll get to my point now. What are some exercises that can be done with a ball that gets a semi-unfit person’s blood pumping and breathing hard? Oh, and on a student's schedual?
