I need a customized exercise program - HELP

I know there are a lot of people on this site who are very knowledgable about weight loss, exercise, and nutrition. I'm looking for some help or some great tips.

What do you need to know about me and my weight loss goals in order to give me a quick assessment or customized exercise program so that I can maximize my results at the gym?

I don't have the money for a personal trainer or a nutritionist so I'm hoping someone here can help me.

Read the stickied threads around the forum.... you'll get lots of good information to get you started.. read those threads then ask questions based onw hat you've ingested
 
I'm with Mal, this stickies are there for a reason.

If you spent the time reading them, you'd probably have all of your questions answered.

But reguritation tends to keep the forum happy I suppose so what exactly are your goals? And what are your stats?

What have you been doing for weight loss in terms of exercise and diet?
