I need a custom workout plan and Weight gainer or whey protein?

OK here is the problem im 24yrs old and 122lbs, i know what your thinking there's something wrong with me but i just can't gain weight. I don't eat properly and 2 times a day i hate breakfast and i barley workout, but i wanna change i don't want to be like this forever, but i need to know whats the best thing for me right now should i buy whey protein or mass/weight gainer (on a budget here so not both and massive quantity of meat). I'm starting to do about a 100 push ups a day for the last 2 weeks 4 times a week but I don't really see a difference. I also have bought a pull up/chin up bar wondering how many should i do set/reps/ how many times a week.

Please help create a workout program for me. thanks in advance.

You don't need supplements, you just need to eat more.

If you can do 100 push ups, then the intensity's probably too low to build muscle mass. If you can do dips, they'll probably help more.

How many pull ups can you currently do? Halve that number and do 3 sets of it. Aim to increase the total number of reps every week.

You should also be doing some lower body work. Squats and lunges are good.

weight gainer...no. normal protein shake...perhaps. If you find it hard to eat enough whole food, the protein shake can fill a few small holes...nothing more. 90% of your calories (if not 100%) needs to come from whole, unprocessed, healthy foods. Whole oat oatmeal, veggies, eggs, lean meat/chicken/pork/fish, cottage cheese, fruits, long grain brown rice.

No soda, no sugar, no extra salt, nothing from a box, no frozen tv dinners...none of that crap!

If you aren't fueling the body right, it cannot build muscle.
