If your hearts beating like crazy, your limbs are hard to lift up. For some reason, I just feel great after getting a good working, I just drop down onto my bed, and am proud.
 
If you planned your workout and you had a good plan aproved by us, then you know you had the right exercises.

If you compleated the workout and didnt cheat, then thats another bonus.

If your muscles feel pumped and tight, then thats another good sign.

If your really hungry for the rest of the day then thats a good indication that you burned lots of cals.

'no pain, no gain' is bull****. a good workout doesn't mean the next day you're so sore it hurts to move.

feeling the blood pumping in the muscles, and pushing yourself hard. you should leave the gym feeling like you did something...but you should recover after the PWO meal and a little downtime.
