hello to all im so excites today i got in the scale an realize that ive met my goal i started with 64 kilos now im 58 my height is 5 2 but im thinking seriously in losing more weight i lost 6 kilos in one month and one week with diet, 30 minute walk 5 times a week, 2 times a week pilates, an hour walk to the park every saturday and 3 times a week weight lifting.
