I´m new!!!

HI everyone as you can see i´m new in this forum, and tomorrow i will start a diet and exercise plan, but the thing is there is no plan. So any kynd of advise will help me alot!!!!

i ´m a 23 year old male, i´m 6.2 and my weight is 320 pounds.

what is my ideal weight, takeing into account my height???

sorry i dont have much advice... im a girl at 5'3.5" lol... im not sure how to compare....

what i would do if i was you is start by calculating your BMR and then you can see how much calories you are burning and cut off like 500 to 1000 calories... that will help you create a calorie deficit which is what you need to create weight loss.. =D

also make sure you are doing cardio that really helps to strengthen your heart and burn calories.

It is hard to say what the ideal weight is...in my mind it depends on what sort of body type you have. I am 6'3" (used to be 6'4") and played college football (many years ago) at 255 LB and was in great shape. The charts would say that was obese.

My goal weight is 240 - I have lost a lot of muscle over the years...and it could probably be less, but I (and my doctor) will be happy with that.
