I've been working out for years now and I love it but my down fall is that I love sweets. Recently I've decided to give up the ice cream after dinner every night and I found a great cookie replacement!!! I found flavored rice cakes and they are wonderful! I love the blueberry and the pomegrante. YUMMY.
I have embarked on a 30 day--lose 15 pound endeavor and even started a blog to mark my progress. The workouts I have been doing for years are a mix of weights and caridio so now I'm excited to see some results. I know this workout works because my body has completely changed. I'm hoping that getting rid of the sweets and doing Express will help me get these last 15 pounds off!
