I lost more than 150 pounds in 3 months!

Hi there! My weight was around 230 pounds!!! When I noticed my health problem I decided to lose weight. During difficult 3 months I lost more than 150 pounds, but at the beginning of my weight loss program I was not sure that I would lose the excess weight. Now, my weight is 165 pounds. :)

My internal decision, external stimulus and support of people around me helped me to lose weight.

Here are several tips:

  • Tip #1. To feel a strong internal decisiveness to lose weight, it is not enough to realize that you have slightly plumped out.
  • Tip #2. To help yourself in such a difficult matter as a weight loss, one must use an additional external stimulus.
  • Tip #3. To lose weight you need the support of friends and family
  • Tip #4. You must think of a good result
  • Tip #5. To achieve the planned weight you must stop to think about that constantly.

You started at 230 and now you are 165. That's only 65 pounds. That's a little more than 5 pounds a week which is a fairly rapid (and by most cases unhealthy) weight loss speed. Might I ask what exactly you did to do this?
 
Oops, sorry… it’s my mistake. Sure, it is 65 pounds in 3 months. I knew that I was risking my health, but I did not have other outcome, since my weight was a serious problem for me. I was very much motivated and desire. I balanced my food plan (divided my eating into 3 zones). I also tried not to eat after 6 p.m. Every day I ran 2 miles (in the morning and in the evening) and made simple exercises
 
Well congrats thought I'm wondering why you felt 230 was very dangerous.

Now 400 like I was..that's very dangerous ;)


Did you not do eating after 6 because you was avoiding temptation? Just asking cause the 'don't eat late or you will gain weight' is a myth.

And what do you mean zones? Please share.
