Hello everyone,
First i have to share my luck with everyone of You,
This is my story and i`ll be even more happy if it helps some of you too.
I was a active athlete, and never had a problems with kilograms, i practice basketball for 7 years and had been in top condition. 2 years ago i had a trouble. I fall from roller blades and I broke my elbow and and hurt my knee.
After that i had 2 operations and feel depressed. 9 months therapy lasted, and during that time i was playing games, sit all day and ate fast food. Obviously, i gained unwanted kilos and i had 118 kilograms, i was fat for the first time in my life, i was not feeling good, i had no condition.
I took some diets but not really worked, kilograms keep coming back with yo-yo effect. Then i started to practice and stop eating bread and hi cal food.
I also found something about dietary supplements which can help me reduce weight. I started to take Herbafast advanced pills, because i only need to take 1 capsule a day! And then without any side effect, no yo-yo effect i started to lose my kilograms... After 6 months i lost 17 kg and I was so happy, i continue to use herbafast advanced supplement and to work out and now i have about 90 kilograms, i run almost everyday, play basketball... in one word feel healty.

Hmm... I was telling my story - I just look on net for HerbaLife but really I never saw it before..
I was using dietary supplement which is very popular in our country Herbafast, and I`m sorry if you see this as an Ad, I can change product name, but it really helped me so i wanted people to see...
Inform me what should i do, or u edit it if you dont think its appropriate.
 
We don't really push products on people here.

Instead telling us about the product, how about more about you and what you actually did to lose weight? I doubt that you, as an athlete, lost much weight from this diretic. What you did was pee more, thus it was water weight.

Any weight loss overall you did lose was because you brought your body back to where it was because you got more active and changed your diet.

This same trick is done with former or current athletes pushing diet plans. They get a before picture of an athlete while they are injured or off season. Course they are heavier. Soon as they are back to being active and eating for that activity, they shed the pounds. It has nothing to do with the diet aid or plan, it's how they would normally be.
 
Hi I just joined in and was trying to get an info on the best weight loss supplements. I heard about Herbafast but haven't tried. Anyone out there other than the guy from the first post who knows something about it or can recommend another supplement? For me I need to loose the 5 pounds, I know it does not sounds like much but it is a pure fat...on my legs...I even run the marathon and yet the cellulite is still there. I am 40 years old, don't want to go under the knife and refuse to believe that I have live with cellulite for the rest of my life....

Any miracle cure, it looks like that is the only thing now for me....

You don't need any pills they will not help you, I used to suffer a little from fatty legs and if your upper body is Ok and it just your legs assuming you are on no protein pills or anything, if you are taking some sort of pills even birth control a change to a different type should also work (contact your doctor if this is the case) don't give up exercise just try more power walks which is less shocking to your upper legs and continue to go on an eat less sensible diet - there are hundreds, but it is mostly common sense. Also get your boyfriend to massage your legs every day after a warn bath or shower for 30 minutes then afterwards keep your legs higher than your head for 20-30 minutes if possible and get the blood flowing through them so your circulation improves.


With such a small amount to lose this should work if not see the Doctor, (a good one) but at 40 you should not need surgery. I used a self hypnosis weight loss CD and it helped me lose a around 5-8 lbs which really helped and I held it off provided I played the CD once a month. - If you need more info ask.


I gotta think it is perhaps what you are eating - especially if the walks and massage do not work - it worked for me - but we are all different.
