i lost 20k.g and i need your help

hi guys that`s my first thread and i need your help
my weight was 92k.g then i lost 20 k.g in 6 months i guess,after that i found that my body`s shap is not good at all,because that`s not what i dreamed about :eek: my ideal body for me ,it must be tight,so i`m working out for that now.

if you have any idea ,that might help me? please say it

and there i one more thing that is :i have to practice gym for month while i`m fasting so is there any problem with that?:rolleyes:

u can workout after iftar(when the sun is down) and u have eaten your dinner
but be sure not to hit the gym right after iftar or during the day when u are fasting ,u dont want to faint,do u?:)

what does your workout plan and diet look like?

for me ,it was all about the food amounts and how usefull for my body
at first week i took medicine(i stoped after tht week) with my meals
which are:
breakfast :cheese without salt,toast,1 or 2 boiled eggs ,vegetables
dinner : grilled meat or fish,plate of salad(vegetables),Little from the cedar
supper: cheese without salt,toast,1 or 2 boiled eggs ,vegetables

i used to run every day for 30min before it get sunny
then i started doing stomach exercises


notes
it`s necessary to lessens from starchy
you meal must contain vegetables
every 10days you take break for one day to eat any thing (little quantities)
eat whatever you want but you have to decrease of the amounts as i said before ,(i didnt write the medicine name becaue i think that was not good )
you have to keep on your own exercises

I'm not assuming anything, but because of the fact that you're fasting during this time of year: Are you muslim? If so, you can eat after sun down, correct?

I would suggest trying to get in some healthy calories during that time then.

A good body is made in the kitchen as well as the gym, and you're goign to have to try to do your best during this time.

yeah i`m gonna work out after iftar as you and derwdon said
i asked becaue i`m workin out for just 2 week ago
and sure i dont want to faint ,that`s why i asked
