I like to steam things...

So I just got done eating some steamed scallops with garlic...yummy! Anyways, I like steaming things because it's a way to cook without adding any extra fat. But so far the only things I've been able to steam are carrots, broccoli, asparagus, carb legs and scallops. What other things can I steam?
How about mahi mahi? Or is it not possible to safely steam finfish?

U can steam anything if you can get it hot enough to cook. I steam chicken, onions, and potatoes.

Is steaming any healthier than boiling? (PS - don't try boiling mahi mahi) I'm just wondering.

Anyway, R. Lewis is right, you can steam anything... just make sure it get's up to temp (which is actually easier with steam, providing you have a pressure steamer). In fact, if you had a big enough steamer, you could even steam your thanksgiving turkey... which will probably be the next turkey fad.

You can steam chicken? Really? Hum...I think I'll try to steam some chicken breast pretty soon. I just use a regular pot with a screen in it, is that ok?
