Hi Names Alicia I am a nurse and I know all about nutrition and exercise, but here is my problem. I would love to drop at least 4 sizes in 3 months. Any suggestions.. I am already eating a low car diet with 6 small meals, all low cal. I started that today. I am doing cardio, and light weights. If there is anything anyone could tell me I would greatly appreciate it. I really need to drop fast!!
 
I have no idea how much weight 4 sizes is. Only thing I could offer is to count the calories and make sure they are low like you say. Swap those light weights in for some heavy ones and bust ass.

In every sub forum from the main board there will be "sticky" threads. Threads that moderators have deemed so valuable that they should be "stuck" to the top of the forum for ease of access.
