And I have put on 3kg in the past two weeks!!! This brings me to 18kg overweight and I am seriously panicked and slightly depressed about my state.

I had a baby last year and put on alot of weight which I have never lost. I have been steadily 15kg overweight until recently.

Seriously need to lose this extra by December or I wont be able to fit into my ski suit.

I know I need to lose the weight slowly and healthily but does anyone know a good way to lose 3kg in 2 weeks??
