This was taken a week ago (before I renewed my gym membership). Right now I am 90kg, and hope to drop the fat and weight in 6 months, or 4 years max. I hope I can make this dream a reality :smilielol5:

Yes you can change!!!! I have lost a total of 49 pounds I wont say its been the easiest thing but it can be done!!! Good luck to you!

What plan are you going to follow? What weight do you see yourself at after six months?
 
It will be no problem, man. You just need to get dedicated and push through it. The success makes the hard work worth it!
 
Are you also going to change eating habits or just hit the gym?
I recommend to write down what you eat at first to see how much you're really eating. Unless you plan to bulk out like crazy work out vigorously, and strength train to no end, you should probably set up a mini-diet, in which you monitor what you are eating.

You can figure out your BMR, and an estimate of how many calories you are supposed to eat a day with calculators made for that reason.

BTW- I say 6 months to drop it all is a little TOO taxing. I would go for possibly a year and a half. or two years.
 
Thanks guys, I hope to see *some* change in 6 months, but a total change in 4 years hopefully.

Right now ive hit the gym for cardio and maybe some weight training, but mainly doing cardio

I know how important diet is but im finding it hard, and need a little more discipline. For example, for breakfast I had
. "Coco flakes"
. Plain semi-skimmed milk
. 2 slices of buttered toast
. Water

1 hr after breakfast I hit the gym and did
. 15 mins of rowing, max level (10)
. 10 minutes of fast walking on treadmill, incline @ level 15
. 10 mins on the elliptical machine, resistance 7
*that made me sweat"

For lunch I had
. Pasta
. Water

For a snack I had
. Apple
. Water

For Dinner (just now), I made
. Toast, with cucumber and cheese, with black pepper and oregano herbs

I dont think this diet is ok, do you reccomend what I can modify? #

I think my BMI is 30 something and im -just- obese.

At the moment I weigh 80kg, but do you people think I can drop 5-10kg's of my weight by 6 months?

Butter is bad for you. For breakfast I have a slice of wheat toast with the spray butter (0 Calories). Hope that helps :D.
 
It seems after 1 month (ish) joining the gym, there has been some change to my pot belly :p

You're doing great :D

Why not try whole wheat pasta's? with lots of veggies, as well try all-bran buds, with yogurt in the morning :D those are my favorite little tweaks that seem to be helping.

you're looking fantastic, dont give up!
