i have strecth marks on my stomach what is that

hi have strecth marks on my stomach i am trying to lose wight and build muscle at the same time and relay wanting to lose fat
because i have loads of fat near my upper chest and stomach and its not a pretty site
i run on the tredmilland do wights just before
i can see strecth marks on my stomach now does that mean am losing fat
if it does mean i am losing fat then y have i just put on a half a stone extra
iam now back to 17
 
stretch marks occur when the skin isn't flexible enough to accomodate increases in muscle or fat. It's probably because you gained a large amount of fat in a short period (or muscle but it's unlikely in the ab region). Or you're pregnant but I doubt it I guess you would have mentioned it.
 
i am a 15 year old guy so does it mean i have gaind fat and then lost it

I have some...they lighten up so don't worry about what they look like.

For me, they came because I got so dang tall so fast, and with being taller I got a little heavier.

My doctor says it is from rapid growth (like me) or rapid weight gain, but they really do lighten up.
 
i go to the gym mon-fri
i go on benchpress when i get there finish my 8 sets of and then str8 after i go on freewights then i run on treedmill for about 20mins doing hiit and go on the bike for about 10
i eat a fruit just before i go to te gym usually banana
and when i cum home str8 away i eat i go to the gym at 5pm to 9pm
i eat 3 times a day
i usually eat pasta sandwich and fruit and drink plenty of water is that good for me if am on a diet
thats baout it realy am 16 i wights 16 n ahalf stone and 5foot 7 in hight

Perhaps you are gaining muscle weight to fast? Make sure you space your muscle workouts. Example: 3 times a week is enough as you need time to let the muscles grow. However, continue cardio and propper eating throughout the week as much as you can. Like I said, I am not fat but I had some stretch marks. Having them doesnt mean you are gaining fat.
 
oh ok thanks but how do i find out how much calories am consuming
in my house i just eat what ever there is lol
 
eat healthy. lol. it all depends on what you wanna do. if you wanna lose fat and add the muscle...go with high protein, low cals. And you can tell how many calaries are in what you are eating on the Nutrition Facts label. They are usually(almost always) based on a 2000 calarie diet.
