i have seen some progress but

hi i started bulking up in feburary i could do around bench 20kg (dont laugh pls :p) 10 times 3 sets . i can finally do 80kg now 3 reps.
even though i eat alot (about 50% clean) i still aint getting any big, my arms have become around 1 inch bigger thats it in nearly 6 months and i have gotten a quite big belly (for a skinny guy )

i weigh 145 lb
i was wondering if i could keep my workout routine as it is and involve some cardio to lose the fat ?
 
im 16 (doctor said its very bad to lift at my age :S ?)
i started at 54kg now im 68.9kg
by 50% clean im mean that i eat only 50% low fat food rest is quite high in fat and carbs

yes my goal is to bulk

im doing full body workout 3 days a week. on friday my workout is quite intense i work till i can lift no more.

im getting fed up with full body workouts because i cant get enough done, usually takes me nearly 2 hours to complete it thats if i hurry otherwise more, most of the time im too tired to continue or either get bored of it. so i was gonna make a split routine.
 
Your doctor gave you very bad advice.

Your workout sessions are way to long. Reduce rest intervals or reduce sets.
 
gunit: I was doing full body 3 days a week too, I hated it, took too long and I did get bored of it and it made me wanna stop working out. I read up on split routines and made one, now it doesn't take half as long and I love it.
