Hi, so my problem is that i am practising body building for one year since the last summer, and without good results, especially that i am a sportiv men i practised swimming for 15 years, and i steel to now days, slim, the next time i will pick up a picture to my body, the prblem that i eat a lot but without results, i wanna have a nutrition prgm and also a training prgm... if possible.
the most thing that i push very well, especially in my friends who prctised body building for many years,
biceps 20Kg the hand (40Kg in total)
triceps 15kg the hand
pectoraux 36the side (total 72kg)
dorso 90kg and do the fixed bar
epaule 22kg the hand (total 44kg)
foot total 110kg


i wanna a help and information, i need a nutrition program, and if necessary can have vitamins as creatine or proteine and which one, in your informations i haven't taken any vitamins in my life who every one advices me to have one

The problem could be in your diet and/or your workout.

We would need lots more information to help you.

1, how offen do you lift weights?
2, what are you eating at the moment?
3, what equipment do you have?
4, do you only do those 6 exersises?
 
1- like every one, i use my coatch training, he was in german, but he doesn't tell me the diet...
2- meals, chiken meals, eggs, salad, lot of frut, and water,
3- all the equipements, i am from tunisia, i don't exactly the name of the equipements, not sofisticated but good
4- no, i do many other exercice, natural espacially pomp, runing for 25 minutes....

What language do you speak?

i speak french very well, but the site is in english, it's not a problem but i can understand in any way, thanks for help, can you give me a training program or give me an adress web to go to

But there must be loads of good freanch bodybuliding websites you could search for.
