I have no friends?

So i have no friends on here yet and would really like to have some but im not particularly sure how it all works!
I start with the basics.
Im 18
5 ft 9
weigh 203 pounds.

I have always been battling with my weight. Since very young but it's never been that high risk. When i was about 14 i lost 2 stone (went for about 11stone to 9 stone) and i was in the best shape ever. Very healthy aswell.
Over the years i seem to have erased that figure and mental determination to be healthy.
Sixthform has also made me stressed- and when i stress, i eat.
I find less and less time to do exercise and ever since i passed my driving test- i drive everywhere!! I also pop to the supermarket now and again to fulfill my fatty craving- pork pies, cookies, sausage rolls you name it!
Its just getting embarrassing.
Ive now reached size 16 clothing and keep getting problems with my back.
I need to change this!!

This summer im going on a girls holiday with my best friends to kayos (i know, very classy). My friends are beautiful and skinny and if i havnt lost the weight by then- I know i will just feel awful the whole time.

So the aim is to lose 30 pounds!
Im using this 'myfitnesspal' app on my phone and its awesome- i just hope i can carry on limiting myself to 1200 calories a day.
I will weigh myself every week and keep updates on here.
Lets see some results hey!!!
 
Good luck. Stay motivated. I'm headed to Hawaii this summer and it has been my motivation to keep at it. I'm trying to lose 25lbs and so far I'm 5lbs down. I started at 205 and I'm working towards 180. I don't know if pictures are a motivator for you but I have a pic of the beach with the goal weight and what I weigh now as my lock screen. Every time I see a cookie or doughnut I pull out my phone and look at the pic. And I go and get a healthy snack. But like I said before. Good luck.
 
Best of luck for goals. I would suggest that no matter what you stick to your goals. Whenever you workout, make up your mind that today is the only day i have to lose weight (obviously you need to give time then) i would suggest do not go for tiring exercises but just go for little cardios and squats. You really need to control your craving as well. Eat a veggie instead a carrot all the time.
