With 5 kids and a career with a commute, I have always said that I don't have time to turn-around much less to exercise and plan meals.
For the last 15 years I have been coming up with every excuse imaginable as to why I don't have time to eat right and exercise. I have been feeling extremly tired as of late and noticing my already large clothing is becoming tighter. I got on the scale today and realized with an overwhelming dread that I have allowed myself to become 252.5 lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been. Even on my last doctor's appt the doctor was telling me my BP was becoming slightly elevated and I blamed it on stress from work and home knowing good and well that at 5'7 and weighing in at 250 lbs was more likely the culprit.
I have decided today that I cannot continue to feel so tired and miserable. I am going to be around to enjoy all that I am working so hard for.
Any advice on how to incorporate these changes for someone with little time would be greatly appreciated.
