i hope everyone is doing well today.
as a weight loss community, one I hope to partake in more diligently this go-around, i figured you all would have a few good ideas for me...
i am going to be documenting the next six months (or so) very carefully on my "body transformation". I am going to be going from a 230 lb fatty with a gut, fat face, and no definition (standing 5'11" - male - semi-muscular) to a 200 lb buff guy complete with six pack, big arms, and a sweet physique
I work at a fitness center, have studied nutrition and anatomy-physiology, and I was wondering this:
what is your most pressing question about transforming your body that you'd like a real person to document?
basically I am opening a panel up so that i can have some ideas as to what findings I can share to the weight loss community.
i'd love to hear your questions, and look forward to writing them down and looking for answers.
