Around a year and a half ago, I started losing weight. Around 7 months later, I had gone from 265 down to 160. I felt great and full of energy. After some weight training, I'm now sitting at 170. The biggest problem I have is the ton of loose skin I have. I'm not able to take off my shirt in front of people. Will it ever go away? Here's some pictures...
Congratulations on your successful journey to loosing weight.. Wish I could lose that much. I have the same issue because I just gave birth and the flabby stomach is still there. I'm not an expert, but I read a lot regarding this issues. One that I read is you need to ask a trainer to work with your abs, but it will take a lot of effort and time.. The other solution is to have a tummy tuck and then start working on your abs.. Hope this help.
