I have a few questions ! ! !

hey to all and thank you for tryin to help me if possible, my name is john and i am 21, i am 5 foot 9, i was at 213 pounds 7 days ago i am now down to 205, my goal weight is 180, i am using hydroxycut hardcore, drinking only water (almost a gallon a day) and my diet consists of oatmeal and a cup of fruit for breakfast, lunch i usually do tuna on whole wheat sandwhich w/fruit, for dinner i alternate between grilled chicken, steak, salmon, tuna, w/ fresh vegetables and fruit, i have lost around 8 pounds in a week, i know most of it is water weight but i am starting to tell a difference in how my clothes fit and people are already noticing a difference! my workout rountine consists of 45 minutes of cardio (walking/jogging), 30-45 minutes of ab exercises, 30 minutes or so of dumbell exercises, i do this 6 days a week, is there anything else i need to be doing or not doing to reach my weight goal of 180 pounds withing a couple of months? please help if u can! Thank you all John
 
Sounds great...just beware of loosing weight so fast...youll gain it back quicker if youre not aware of proper eating habits.
 
Sounds pretty good.

One thing though, unless you are weight lifting difference muscle groups each day, I don't reccommend you weight lift 6 days a week. Its a bit of overkill.

I personally do 4 days a week, focusing on upper and lower body on different days.
 
30-45 minutes just on abs? that doesn't sound plausable... If you're working your abs out correctly you shouldn't even be able to handle 30-45 minutes of it.

Raise intenity and lower the amount of time spent doing such.
30-45 minutes of ab exercises,
Complete waste of time
30 minutes or so of dumbell exercises,
Hopefully your doing high weight, compound movements. Not sissy isolations such as bicep curls.

Weight training should be done on non concecutive days and keep the cardio to 5-6 days a weekis there anything else i need to be doing or not doing to reach my weight goal of 180 pounds withing a couple of months?

Stick with a 1-2pound weight loss a week.please help if u can! Thank you all John
