i hate my thighs, hips and boobs!

one word: cardio

You need to get the heart rate up for an extended time. Do tread mill, joging, swimming, bike, both stationary and regular bikes work fine. Keep doing this and eat right. If you don't have a very high metabolism, then you need to be eating a lot less than normal, but don't start starving yourself. What would you say you eat in a day, or have many calories {not carbs you atkins freaks!} do you eat in a day?
 
well my weight is healthy im 5,9 and 130 pounds however i want to lose weight so i can be 120-125 pounds. i go on the treadmill alot however i always lose weight else where never on my boobs, thighs and hips. its frustrating. i have lost some on my hips but no enough
 
hey thanxs for the advice, however i have lost some weight since my last post im between 126-127 pounds i think if i lost 6-7 pounds i wold be happy with my body cause i know im already underweight borderline but i still want to lose more inches espically on my boobs and hips.
 
2 words: resistence training

specifically: core exercises like bench press, squats, pull ups and dead lifts.
 
where you loose adipose tissue depends on your genetics, you could look at your family which may give you a hint for what going to happen. weather your underweaght or boarderline also has to do with your muscle mass, well anyway GL.
