I go to the gym and have no idea?

So, I go to the gym 5 days a week and I do the elliptical on level 6 for 30 minutes and usually do about 2.5 miles in that time. Then I do the arc trainer for 1 hour (I don't set a weight in it or anything but i tells me I burn 600-700 calories each time) Then I usually do some leg presses and some leg machines and arm machines for about a half hour and I leave. So I spend 2 hours at the gym.

Is my routine..good? I have seriously no idea what I need to be doing!

I am 18, 5'6 and and 190 pounds if that matters.
