I am in the military so I have to work out 5 times a week. I have run 20 miles last week and did not loose 1 ounce. So , I eat right and everything else, I even breastfeed!!!! SO, I give up, I will do as I do every day and I will not obsses about it, What has been your experiences ladies, mommas?

Is this your first baby? Everyone's bodies react differently after having a baby. Your hormones are so out of whack! Some women lose the weight super quick (lucky them) but others have to be more patient.

Do be patient, and I'm glad you're not obsessing. :) But have you thought about consulting with a personal trainer or nutritionist? Your eating needs may have changed and after an assessment a professional might have some suggestions for you or be able to put together a plan for you that would give you success.

Hope I've helped.

After my first it wasn't as hard as after the second baby! It took me 3 years to finally get all the baby fat off! It seemed like the last 10 or so pounds was the hardest. I found a great cleansing program and was able to shed the last of my weight and get back into my old clothes, finally!

I was the same way with my first.

I'm a runner who never had to really watch what she ate, I ate, good food and sometimes not so good food but it always came off.
After my first baby I did the same BOOOY what a difference!! LOL

The weight did not come off like I expected. I really had to SHOCK my body to give it a jump start. I started martial arts and boxing and in a month I saw a difference. I later went back to my running...a few months later I started strength training and again it gave my body another shock.
Lastly, I modified my fat in take, I just couldn't take in as much as I was used to.
It really didn't take much, just cutting back on things here and there made a huge difference.

GOOD LUCK!!

how many calories are you consuming a day and what do you drink? also, you may have lost inches even if you havent lost pounds! did you take measurements? please dont throw in the towel, you may just need a few minor adjustments!

My weight goes up and up while nursing. I worked out 5 days a week with my 2nd, didn't matter. I dropped 6lbs after I weaned my 1st, 12lbs after my 2nd or please say I'll drop 24lbs this time!!! I'm still nursing too, but carrying extra weight is worth it to nurse her.

Hey
I did the samething. When I was in high school, I was a varsity cheerleader and worked out twice a day and didn't lose ANYTHING. Drove me crazy. Know I have two kids and I started taking Propolene to add to my diet and exercise, I went from 212 to 202 in one month. I have never felt better. Good luck to you!!!
