I found a effective way on Exercise

Recently i picked up the habit of Exercise and I m like constantly lossing weight.
As my town is always jam and I have to save time driving to GYM
I bought a Punching bag at home.

I was just doing kick boxing at home each day for 25minute and end it with a 10 minutes Jog at neighbourhood and I see i m getting very much slimmer and body is gaining the muscular tone.

Since then people around me were all surprised to see how much weight I have lost and complimented about my athletic body build now.

Other things is I really look about few years younger with my daily 30min Exercise.

Later I learn that the short jogging after some Exercise is very effective in lossing weight from some medical Reading.

So don jog too long as it spoils your knees Exercise first and Jog 10 minute is more effective. 30min each day is not difficult either I did it before office or after work depends on the day work schedule.
 
punching bag sounds like a cheaper option compared to treadmills and such .. but i don't see myself doing that ..

i like the other option i see .. lol

i been jogging at home .. (see, it's kinda risky to go out jogging here .. with the snatch thieves and all such) so the safest place is my living room ..

i turned off the fan and set my phone timer to my liking, 5 mins? 3 mins? then i jog on the spot ..

on my best days, I do about 12 mins / 4 sets of 3 mins .. i can't seem to jog too long one shot ..

i sweat like a pig and i love it ..

although i accompany it with a couple of star jumps and stretching..

now my knees hurts .. hehe
