I finally took action!

Hi all

I wanted to share my journey from 106kg (223pounds) to a full sixpack at 87kg (191 pounds) I wasn't very overweight, but my insurance said I was to heavy to get full coverage, I felt I couldn't play with my kid without getting out of breath, not wanting to take of my shirt at the beach..

After 10 weeks of work I lost a total of 19kg (41.8pounds) and the first 10kg (23 pounds) I lost in 3 weeks! But I got to say it wasn't the worst, I enjoyed it very much, it was all about eating better (and more) healthy food. I was never hungry! I enjoyed the morning walks and the 30-45 minutes in the gym 3-5 days a week. Now I still enjoy being fit after making a little homegym with basic equipment and still enjoy my favorite foods, and my healthy weight (enjoyable six pack is still there also).

I got some coverage by the local newspaper because I lost it so fast, but tought it was just very fun to share what I did and now many email me wanting to know how I did it. I won't post a lot of details in this post, but feel free to PM me :) also ask questions here and I will answer. I enjoy very much helping people with weight and fat loss, and after getting so much energy I educated myself in fitness and bodybuilding!

Some information about what I ate:
I ate very clean food with high protein like chicken, ground beef, beef, pork teinderloin, salmon, cod, but Walden farms calorie BBQ sause was a lifesaver and good spices to keep things from not getting booring. Good quality carbohydrates like rice, sweetpotato. And good fats, like almonds, omegas. The biggest suprise for me was what I read from the diet system I followed, about some vegitables that actually make you store fat, and also some diet friendly products that contain some stuff that makes you store fat, and I kept that far away from my diet!
