Are you just hungry a lot? And what do you eat? If you're feeling hungry, you need to eat. Are you gaining fat this way?
The best way to be able to eat a lot and still lose fat is to eat for volume. That means lots of lower calorie foods. Eat tons of veggies. Go ahead and fill your gut with them. Keep out fatty foods, since they tend to be higher calorie for smaller portions. Other good foods like egg whites and oats can fill you up but aren't high in calories.

I wouldn't recommend taking supplements to increase your metabolism because they can have bad affects on your metabolism in the long run. I would recommend just trying to eat less and focus on eating a healthy diet. And you should really try to find time to work out somewhere in your day. You may find that being more active makes you want to eat less.
