Alright, I'm 18, have been active my whole life. I'm at a slender 170 pounds on a 6'1" frame. I weightlift moderately, and recently joined a cycling team at my school. It is a fairly vigorous training regiment, one that keeps me on a bike 17 hours out of the week. And since I've come to the school, I have yet to touch junk food, fast food, soda, or anything of that sort. It's all been bananas and cold cuts, chicken breast sandwiches and spaghetti (no meatballs). I would consider myself in very good shape.
Well, very good shape except for the butt, that is. My posterior has always been fairly out of proportion with the rest of my body, and I figured with the cardiovascular and weight training benefits of this cycling program, I would lose at least a noticeable amount of mass back there. But alas, no progress has been made. It is noticeably harder, which I appreciate, but not one tiny bit smaller. It is still the behemoth that it always was.
I am I doomed to carrying this thing behind me forever? Or is there something that I am missing? Please, do help.
