I Don't know what i'm doing

Hey guys need help here... i'm 16 years old 5ft nd i'm about 105lbs and i'm looking to build up my body ..i don't want to use supplements . if anyone can include a good diet and maybe a workout routine tha will help me get fit, it would be really helpful

PS: i knw i'm underweight so no need to mention it lol :action:
