ok i just joined bc i dont noe wat im doing . i want to lose 30 lbs but i dont know wat kinda of exersizees i should do im like clueless if u can help plz do...btw im not joining a gym to much money and i dont have time
welcome to the board. i understand many of us have busy lives but i do hope you realize that losing 30lbs is going to take time. eating well takes time and exercise takes time. you may have to find unique ways to fit it into your schedule.
