i do you feel about...?

hi guy's i was talking to my friend today and he tell's me that milk is a good supplement we both thinkthat taking powder's and stuff like that is cheating so i wanted to start drinking milk so say i was to drink like 5 cups a day that is

calories 700

fat 25g

carbs 65g

pro 50g

to me that look's pretty good what do you think

(note i'm talking about that 2% milk not whole milk just to let you know)
 
I usually stick with FDA daily allowances. They know a lot more about it than I do. : / So I usually stick to 3 servings of milk/cheese a day.

As far as drinking 5 cups of milk a day, that's pretty crazy. About 1/3 of your calories goes out the door right there. I wouldn't do it. And, taking protein is not "cheating", since you're still going to have to work for that muscle. It just allows for the possibility of gains in mass. If you don't work harder than you usually would, it's a waste.

I would stick with an ordinary diet and excercise, and that's about it. Especially for a guy your age.
