I am so frustrated, angry, annoyed, confused..i could keep going but i won't...Please somebody help me??? I have been doing great with calorie intake (1000 / day roughly), 5 x a week cardio (elliptical for 45-60 minutes with intervals built in), 3 x a week strength training and i keep weighing in (only once per week) and NOTHING loses. What am I doing wrong? This is crazy. I am eating 5-6 small meals. I am taking vitamins. I am drinking a minimum of 64 oz a day. Please help? Any ideas? Anything I can try? I know you all will probably say that I am gaining muscle, but there is FAT and FLUBBER over that muscle and i need to lose it. I just do. And , I obviously need some help. Anybody ? Anybody ? Please don't tell me I am plateau-ing as I hit a plateau a little while back that lasted 8 months. I don't think that is it but I am so confused and irritated. Breath, relax, patience. I hear ya, but fitday is telling me that I am losing 0.33lb/week. That just isn't going to cut it. HELP?! Suggestions VERY WELCOME!!!???? Anybody have similar experience and can shed some light? I am so baffled....and
